Production Process
Brief & Design
Product and logistics requirements are collected; construction based on internal dimensions is determined, and a CAD dieline is prepared.
Sample & Approval
The prototype is validated with cutting/print proof; if necessary, drop and stacking tests are conducted.
Material Planning
Selection of flute and grammage; FSC®/recycled fiber ratio is planned according to request.
Printing & Lamination
Flexo (1?4 colors) or offset + lamination/film; color management CMYK + Pantone.
Die-Cutting & Gluing
Automatic die-cutting, 4/6-point and auto-lock bottom gluing; stitching if required.
Packing & Shipment
Palletizing, stretch wrap, and labeling; nationwide shipping in Turkey, with pallet layout planning if requested.
